Acadia National Park

Agamont Park

Offering great views of Bar Harbor’s docks, the town pier, and Frenchman Bay, this park also features plenty of benches, green grass, and picnic areas. A great spot to sit back and relax with friends and family. Free WiFi. Located at the end of West Street.

Barker Park

The newest park in Bar Harbor is a great place to sit back and read, or just rest and reflect. There is a sculpture in the center of the park and plenty of sunny and shaded park benches to enjoy. Located next to the post office on Cottage Street.

Degregoire Green

A nicely landscaped park with shade trees, benches, and a lighted brick walking path. As the former site of the DeGregoire Hotel, this area offers a mix of old and new elements. Here you'll find an old style medusa head fountain, memorial granite benches, and a stone pillar sculpture that represents columns and chimneys left standing after the fire in 1947. Located on the corner of Eden and West Streets.

Grant Park

This peaceful, quiet, well maintained park overlooks the ocean and boasts many renovations and improvements completed in 2017. Stroll along the seafront while admiring the beautiful views. Located across from the Village Green, at the end of Albert Meadow.

Harborview Park

This small park faces the ocean and is a great place to gather, relax, and watch the locals and visitors go about their day. Many downtown shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Located on West Street at the bottom of Main Street.

Village Green

This park hosts many events throughout the year, including art shows and concerts in the summer and holiday celebrations in the winter. It’s also a great place to walk around quietly or just relax. Free WiFi. Located in the center of town.
